1 产品介绍

缓蚀剂KLH-100主要由咪唑啉酰胺和增效剂组成，无毒，无有机氯，是一种比较绿色环保的缓蚀剂产品。该药剂水溶性很好，化学性质稳定，配伍性优良。适用于高H2S、高CO2、高矿化度油气田污水系统和油气水混输系统中碳钢的防腐，不产生明显斑蚀。

3 产品使用及贮存

直接加注，或用自来水、乙醇等溶剂稀释后加注。使用200L塑料桶储存即可，存于阴凉处，避免与强酸类物质接触，有效期在1年以上。

4 产品性能测试

以矿化度为3-4万的某油田生产污水模拟水为评价介质开展动态高压釜腐蚀评价，试验条件为：温度90℃、硫化氢100ppm、二氧化碳2.0MPa、总压5MPa、流速2m/s、腐蚀时间7天，缓蚀剂加量为30ppm，能使Q235钢的均匀腐蚀速率控制在0.04mm/a，挂片表面成膜良好，酸洗后光亮如新，没有明显的斑蚀。
